Easy tuna casserole is yummy and easy family fare that is affordable, kid-friendly, and goes from pantry to table in under 30 minutes.

If you mix all the other ingredients while the egg noodles are cooking, you can have this in the oven in under 10 minutes. It needs to bake for about 20 minutes, so it goes from pantry to table in under 30 minutes.

- frozen peas
- chopped carrot
- cream of mushroom soup
- cooked egg noodles
- salt and pepper
The tuna can be swapped out with chicken if you have picky eaters, or for a vegetarian option, increase the amount of veggies and omit the tuna.
Start the egg noodles. While the noodles are cooking, mix all the ingredients except the noodles in a bowl. Drain the noodles when they are done, then fold them into the other ingredients. Bake the casserole for 20 minutes.
- 2 cans water-packed tuna, drained
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup frozen peas
- ¼ cup chopped carrot
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
- ½ cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients except noodles in a bowl; fold in cooked and drained noodles.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
