Meal Plan for Week 18 (Group 2)

List of recipes in meal plan 18 group 2

Week 18 Summary

Notes for this week

  • Start the Basil Lime Chicken the night before to allow time to marinate. If you are buying basil, living basil is a great investment. For not much more than the price of cut basil, you can buy a basil plant that will continue producing for months if placed in a sunny location.
  • Be sure to allow at least 6 hours to marinate the beef for the kabobs.
  • When marinating the beef, I like to use a full recipe of the marinade and double the amount of beef I buy and freeze half in half the marinade.
