Meal Plan for Week 4 (Group 2): Stuffed Manicotti with Crockpot Marinara Sauce, Ground Beef Enchiladas, Meatball Subs, Easy Mexican-Style Crockpot Chicken, Chili Dogs

Week 4

Notes for this week

  • Save 2 cups marinara to use in place of the pizza sauce for meatball subs on Day 3.
  • The Ground Beef Enchiladas freeze well, so you may want to double the recipe and freeze one.
  • This is a good week to restock your freezer with cooked ground beef and sautรฉed onions; buy extra of each (not on list), but instead of cooking the onions and ground beef together as called for in the recipes, bulk cook them separately, then combine the correct amounts for each recipe, and freeze the extra in recipe-sized portions.

Day 1

  • Stuffed Manicotti with Crockpot Marinara Sauce
