Week 43

Notes for this week

  • Plan ahead to marinate the chicken for Day 2.
  • Use the extra chicken from Day 2 in Poppy Seed Chicken on Day 3 and Easy Orecchiette Florentine on Day 5. Freeze any extra chicken after Day 5.
  • If you can't find orecchiette pasta, substitute shell pasta.

Day 1

  • 30 Minute Hash Brown Soup
