Ingredients
- 1 can of crushed pineapple
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 24 frozen cooked meatballs, thawed and browned
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except meatballs in a large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve over cooked rice.
