Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large sauce pan. Add rice; cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat. Add lime juice, butter, cilantro, and salt to taste.
