โ“ What is scampi?

While scampi often refers to a method of preparing shrimp (especially in the US), it actually is the name of a crustacean itselfโ€”a small edible lobster served alone or with melted butter. Because of the easy availability of shrimp, we use that in our scampi.

With little prep and short cooking time, you'll have this dish on the table in 20 minutes.

๐ŸŒพ Adaptations for dietary restrictions

You can make this dish gluten-free by using GF pasta and making sure your Worcestershire sauce is gluten-free.
