- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium orange or yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 ½ C cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 8 oz uncooked angel hair pasta
- 1 C Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ½ C shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 C half and half
