Ingredients
  

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 summer squash, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large skillet.
  • Sauté zucchini and summer squash in butter until tendercrisp.

Notes

Add a sliced onion for extra flavor and sweetness if you'd like.
