Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Jump to Recipe

Barbecue Chicken Pizza is a delicious way to use leftover barbecue chicken and only takes a few minutes to prepare. A purchased crust saves time, or you can make one with your favorite recipe.

⏲️ Time needed

If you're using a prepared crust and chicken that's already cooked, you only need about 10 minutes to shred your chicken, slice the onion, and put the toppings on the crust. Cook time will be about 30 minutes.

🥘 Ingredients

  • prepared pizza crust
  • barbecue sauce
  • cooked chicken, shredded
  • red onion
  • cheddar cheese, shredded

📋 Instructions

Roll your pizza dough out on a pizza stone or pan and spread with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, then layer chicken and red onion slices. Cook at 400°F until brown and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.

This is a great way to use rotisserie chicken! Be sure to check out my other rotisserie chicken dinner ideas for easy weeknight dinners!
