¾cupheavy whipping cream
2Tbsp.sour cream
2tsp.grated horseradish (reduce amount if using fresh horseradish, starting with half and increasing to taste)
½tsp.lemon juice
1Tbsp.white cooking wine
¼tsp.salt
¼tsp.black pepper
⅛tsp.ground ginger
¼tsp.Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium heat and whisk until well-mixed. When sauce is almost at a simmer, reduce heat to avoid boiling.
