Ingredients

frozen veggies
,
broccoli would be excellent

cup
leftover cooked chicken
1
cup
water
1
cup
chicken broth
1
cup
rice
seasonings to taste
,
salt, pepper, season salt, galic salt, etc.
½
cup
cheese
,
for topping
Instructions
Put
1
cup of rice, and
1
cup of broth (conserving the rest), and
1
cup of water in a casserole dish with the chicken and broccoli.
Season to taste, cover, and bake for ½ hour.
Uncover and sprinkle a little of any kind of cheese and continue baking until cheese melts.
