condensed tomato soup

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F .
Layer meat in a large casserole dish then layer vegetables in the following order on top of the meat - onion, celery, potatoes, and carrots.
In a bowl combine soups and water and season with salt and pepper; pour in a casserole dish evenly over contents.
Cover and bake at 375°F for at least 3 hours until vegetables are tender.
Notes
This can be adapted for a crockpot by cooking for 7-8 hours on high instead of baking.
