Cheesy Tuna Casserole is delicious, affordable, and goes from pantry to table in under 30 minutes. It's easy comfort food!
-Tuna -Onion -Celery -Oil -Peas & carrots -Egg noodles
-Cream of chicken soup -Cheddar cheese soup -Cheddar cheese -Garlic salt & black pepper
Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, start on the sauce.
To start the sauce, dice the onion and celery, then sauté them in a little bit of vegetable oil.
Add cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup, peas and carrots, tuna, and seasonings to the sautéed celery and onion.
When the egg noodles are ready and drained, add them to the tuna mixture in and stir gently until well mixed.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake in a 350ºF oven for twenty minutes, or until heated through.
Serve with a green salad, steamed vegetables, or fruit for an easy weeknight meal the whole family will love!
