    Ingredients
      

    • 10 c flour, or whole wheat pastry flour if available
    • ⅜ c baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
    • 1 ¼ c powdered milk
    • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ c sugar, or Sucanat
    • 1 lb Spectrum (no transfat) shortening, no transfat shortening
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • Mix all dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening til mixture has a even, crumbly texture. Store in the freezer and use in place of Bisquick®.
